- which iPhone you use and its iOS version
- Knoito's version, shown in Settings under About
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
Please don't send confidential company or patient information. Describe the problem instead of pasting your records.
Your data
- Where it lives — on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account, through Apple's CloudKit private database. There is no Knoito server holding your relationship data, so we can't see it, restore it or recover it for you.
- Export it — in Knoito's Settings, under Your data, tap Career Archive. Knoito writes one Markdown file that opens in any text editor, and you choose where to save it in Files.
- Delete it — delete individual records in the app, or use Delete all my data in Settings. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy explains each option and what it removes.
The early-access list
To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them. To have your address deleted from the list, email support@knoito.com.
